Terrible facility. Understaffed. Lazy staff. Witchy CNA on 5th floor named Tammy with rough angry attitude. Roaches on the 3rd and 4th floor bathrooms. 45 min or more waits after pressing call button.

DO NOT use this facility. They should have their license removed. The room was not ready when my mother arrived. The floors were sticky. The elevator smelled of urine. An elderly woman had sunk down into her neck brace right there in the reception area and she could not breath or help herself and none of the staff noticed. An ambulance attendant that was leaving the facility noticed her. They put a diaper on my mother as soon as she arrived. That was not necessary, my mother has control, she just needs assistance walking. That night my mother buzzed for assistance to go to the bathroom. No on came. All night. My mother got up and made her way to the toilet by herself. They expect the patients to lay in their excrement all night. The next morning they delivered her breakfast while she was in PT. Her breakfast was cold and rubbery. The lid did not fit over the plate properly and flies were on her food. Then they gave her the wrong medication. Twice. Good thing my mom caught the mistake before taking the meds. If she had not known what her meds looked like she would have taken the meds for the patient in the next bed. All of this happened in less than 24 hrs. I had her moved immediately.

An old family friend wassent there after a hospital stay. There was a MOUSE in his room when I visited yesterday. The place is shabby and depressing. My husband has visited several times and has not found the attendants helpful.When our friend didn't want to eat his dinner my husband had to suggest that maybe he could have some yogurt. The patient has cognitive loss from a stroke so needs patience to be understood. Needs not to be ignored. Cant' wait until he can be dismissed. Lots of old disabled people just sitting around.

My father was recently transferred here. Horrible care and staff is unprofessional. Not recommended at all.
