the worst nursing home ever.i would never recommend anyone my mom almost died if I didn't happen to be there at the right time.very poor management.

The office was easy enough to find. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. The facility was nice and cozy however, to be employed by them is another story. I found the employers there to be very blaze - there is a drama queen heading the nursing and the staff are very clicky - and it's their way or no way.

Absolutely not!! They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them
Would you refer this provider to a family or friend?
No, If I had known how terrible they were I never would have gone.
Was this provider willing to stay open late to accomodate your needs?
Not at all. They closed early even though they knew I needed help
Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else?
Yes! I know that I would have gotten better service anywhere else!

The office was easy enough to find. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. I will definitely refer my friends and family here. They were great and I think more people should know about them.
