Place never has the stuff to do proper care on residents no wipes washcloths towels it's pretty sad when a member has to donate towels for us to have them the owner has a pet peve checklist but unfortunately quality care isn't on there let lose with some of that cash and bring your blds up to date pretty sad.

I went to visit a friend who was there temporarily while his wife was not in a position to care for him. The reception area was empty, information window boarded up. On a Saturday which you would think might be prime visiting time. In the resident section 3 young women were at the desk, and not one of them gave me eye contact until I was nearly in their face. I asked for my friend by name, was sent to the wrong unit. Back where I started, with the same inattentive staff, this time joking with each other, and this time told, "oh he left". On further questioning I was told his daughter took him out.
His daughter could write her own review, and it wouldn't be positive.
I have asked God to be merciful and keep me from ending up at this "facility".

Every time I've called and left a message, I've never heard back. It's extremely annoying. I was completely distressed during my appointment. I was unable to relax and ended up having to leave. They were extremely late to all my appointments. I always had to wait over an hour for them to show up. The music they played here was downright irritating and gave me a headache. I would have preferred absolute silence to that noise. They would not leave me alone, and kept suggesting that I buy products that I felt were completely unnecessary. The facility is down right nasty. it smells very bad. dirty depends in the hallway. roaches in rooms and on patients beds. hair and bugs in food.They never have the supply they need. trash everywhere. staff rude and mean. one Patient was left in his soil for 2shifts. i wouldnt recommend anyone to put a love one here or to work. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED ! STAY AWAY!

It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places.
