They treat the patients like crap.......they mae them wait hours for their food, if they have to go to the bathroom, they ma the patients wait till they feel like helping them.......sometimes up to 30 minutes!!!!! They are extremely rude to the patients, I know of staff (administration) that have quit because of the way the staff treats the patients! My "person" who is a resident out there is always telling me how hungry he always is because he gets applesauce and soup for dinner!!!!!! And with his medical condition, he HAS to constantly have some kind of food available......his doctor says he should have 6-7 small "meals" or anything to eat instead of 3 main meals. and they consider soup and applesauce a meal!!!! Even his roommate tries sticking up for him and then he gets yelled at too!!!! I want to know who I can go to to have something done about this!!!!!! First shift is great, its second and third shift that treat them so bad, and all they do is stand around in little groups (out of sight) and laugh, talk, gossip, and just plain ignore the patients!!!!!! They need more then 2-3 nurses per floor on the night shifts........I want to know who I go to to have something done. And I`m not the only one thats saying these things, there is SEVERAL people with ALL the SAME COMPLAINTS!!!!!!!!!

Patients have been mistreated at this place and the staff does not attempt to try and fix issues when there are concerns from patients. Most personnel that work there seem to be rude as well. I would not take my neighbors stray cat to this place to have rehab!!!!

No, they've never taken personal calls with me

Yes! I was amazed at how clean it was!

No, if they had music on it was very soothing
