If I compare them to others in their field, I wouldn't say they're the worst, but they're definitely not the best. They probably could have used some continuing education courses to get up-to-date on more current methods. It's shocking how little they seem to care about customer service. From my experience It appears as if customers are never put first here. The staff is incredibly rude and seem to care more about themselves. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. I was treated terribly. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else. They kept the rooms messy .. i visited my grandmother and there were ants crawling all over her, she was in hospice state could not move.. spoke to staff and all they said was wait till morning they will clean it then. no, i tried to clean up the ants off of her and the wall and floor, did call police and the facility was cited
