Years ago this facility were the best .I notice in the last 3years it is a nightmare. Staff as well as Administrator always on cell phones,Resident care is not being taking care of.Nursing appears to not care,etc. This is the most unfair facility I have ever seen.

Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met

Not at all, I showed up early and they were ready to see me
Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns?
Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had
