Frightful place to live in when you cannot care for yourself and you are subject to a staff of generally just mean people. Unless your visitor or a state inspector is there, then they act nice temporarily. I have seen and been subject to verbal and physical abuse. I have had pain and anxiety meds withheld as retaliation for making complaints with the head of nursing. They rarely do bedchecks, and waiting 4 hours sitting in your own pea and crap. After 1 year and 2 teeth breaking have never seen dentist. They don't do wound care, peg care, trach care because they are so understaffed and then lie on records and claim you refused (and fraudulently report that to state). Call lights and many times even vent alarms are ignored. They run everything different when state schdueles an inspection, then it's right back to normal. If you are forced to put someone in here you have the right to setup a web camera to watch. They will put a big sign warning their employees and they will act different. Several employees have been fired because of authorities reviewing camera footage. Long wait for baths. Longest was 15 days between baths. Could write pages of things about this horrible and emotionally vicious environment.

My wife has been a long time resident. Caring staff and great caregiver to resident relationship. Also on site owner and directors. Very pleasant and clean facility. They go all out for the Holidays . Great place and excellent care.

This is a very negligent nursing home. The staff ignores the needs of its residents, allowing residents to lay in their own urine for hours. In addition, they do not do bed checks in a timely manner. Some residents paid the ultimate price for their negligent behavior!

My wife has been in care at this facility for over a year. They have a great place and are very knowledgeable in the intense levels of care of their residents. They have a more than adequate number of nurses unlike any other facility I have seen. The director and staff are always very nice. I surely would recommend them. I trust them in the great care they provide for my wife.

when I arrived at country side they appear to be nice. the onsite doctor changed all my prescription ordersand want to change my pain medication however I haven't even seen the Dr yet. I have been here three days and haven't had a bath yet and no medical attention to the bed sores i have on my buttocks and feet no one helps me get dressed .. not to mention the food is very institutionalized with no flavor ..beds have no safety rails..stay away from countryside estates in Warner

If you're looking for a dependable and trustworthy nursing home, look no further. I would recommend them to anyone I know . I think Scott could do a better job if he talked to the residents.
