My dad stayed here for 3 weeks in 2013. It was called Coyne at that time.
My dad stayed there for 3 weeks for rehab.. Rehab was excellent ..other than that..I worried every night when I got home.. My dad is diabetic and not eating as much.. He was having dangerous lows at night giving him the same dosage of insulin as before he got there. Told the nurses numerous times that his dosage needed to be lowered. The dr.. And medical director said just give him a snack at night.. A snack? You don't chase insulin..u lower it.. They are totally incompetent.. After numerous lows in the 40's.. They finally lowered it..
Oh and the snack at night.. He had a low the night he was supposed to get the snack.. Why?? Because my dad fell asleep and the nurse said to my dad while I was there.."bill.. U didn't ring your buzzer for a snack.. Are u kidding me? He fell asleep.. Who's watching who.

No way would I ever recommend that place to anyone..

The Coyne Health Care Now Called Webster Park And Rehab Center Do Not send your loved ones there. The Nursing Home Is all About Making Money. My Has been a Patient there for two years . The Patients are not well monitored ,When they are very Ill and become sicker staff are very insistent that they can handle the situation, well my mother was a full code and to be revived by the Rockland Ma fire Dept. My mothers Cough became worse ,her fever kept. going up, she was never given fluids by IV she couldnot eat or drink, My Mother Was diagnosed with A common Cold by the Medical staff. My Mother actually had MRSA / Blood Sepsis.

Coyne Healthcare Center was filthy, depressing, and the care was substandard. I pity any poor individual who finds themself in this facility. I will be forever haunted by the fact I had to leave my father there post hospital for 2 days.

They didn't tell me very much about my treatments' risks and benefits. I still felt like I had to do my own research. This place was a horrible place to place a loved one. Once on the second floor they have the residence in wheelchairs, against the wall, facing the nursing station. I have seen at times around 20 residence in one sitting. THIS LOOKS AWFUL! Many many times you see staff members on their cell phones, either talking or texting. In a therapy session for my loved one the staff person was texting while I was there. It seem like the texting was more important than my loved ones therapy session. THIS MOST STOP! Cleanliness was another problem. On several visits I would find trash outside the trash can. This trash was always medial supplies materials. Overall care was substandard! We had many problems with the lack of care! This place is only looking for YOUR MONEY! It looks like they are doing some construction work on the facility. That is only cosmetic. I WOULD NOT PUT MY LOVED IN THIS PLACE!
