Their license should be revoked! There were many issues regarding my mother's stay at the facility. When I questioned them about the issues, they told me they would look into and get back to me. I'm still waiting - over 1 year! At noon, my mother still wasn't dressed or washed, her sneakers went missing but I was never informed until I found them in the parking lot! Her good luggage was lost and replaced with a zippered bag. Rehab was limited because they wanted her to become a long-term resident. They had her sedated most of the time and made her wait unreasonable amount of time to help her to the bathroom. My mother also had bruises that no one could explain. Even the hairdresser claimed to have given my mother services that never happened. This was during Covid pandemic when family members could only visit through a window. God only knows what else I would have found if I was allowed inside! I filed a complaint with DOH but staff lied!

No, they've never taken personal calls with me

My mother went to Crest Manor for rehab, she had a fractured pelvis. It was not our first choice from the hospital, but boy am I glad she went there. I can't say enough good things about this place. The therapists that worked with her, and the staff that is employed there, are just wonderful. I had no worries leaving my mother there. She is an 88 year old, who has dementia. I would recommend this place to anyone for any type of rehab, long or short term elderly care. My mother enjoyed the staff and the residence. The care was excellent. The place is clean, staff is caring and they have activities that just about everyone can take part in. Thank you staff of Crest Manor for the excellent care. Judy Friedmans family
