This facility is terribly understaffed and aides like to disappear. Med aides don't answer call lights at all.The residents are dirty, hair not brushed, residents are not helped with personal hygene. Residents are always wet or soiled, furniture in hallway has pee stains on them. Food is terrible, they burn or over cook the food, they tell the residents there isn't enough food for seconds but you see staff walking around eating the food. Soiled brief's in trash cans, smells terrible inside. So glad my family is not there anymore!!! Beware of this place.

They are almost always unavailable. It was difficult to get an ideal appointment time that fit my schedule. They want you to supply your own wheel chair, etc. I wouldn't trust them to care for my loved one after I saw first hand how unsafe their facility is. It was pretty hard to find the building, but I eventually found it. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. Every one who visited said how bad the place was, one being the Pastor.
They received a patient on a Friday & on Sunday, they still had not changed his dressing, & when it started bleeding NO ONE there knew what to do; so family members took care of it. Unacceptable!!
I could go on & on, but I'm saving it for my complaint. Absolutely horrible place.

It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. I'll definitely be going back. I didn't have a bad experience. I will definitely refer my friends and family here. They were great and I think more people should know about them.
