Definitely! I was shocked and horrified!

Yes! They took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.

They did what I asked, not a bit more

They would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

I will never put a family member here again. Crete has little to no communication with family of residents - actually seems like they discourage communication. Nurses are nice enough, but managerial staff is rude, unaccommodating, and DO NOT return phone calls. So glad my family member will not be spending their last days at Crete. Lots of miscommunications between departments, very disorganized, hard to get straight answers out of anyone. It really feels as though they have somehow gotten the idea that they can kind of do as they please because no one cares about the residents. For the money we paid to have my family member at crete, he should have been treated like a king. So much more to say - but I hope anyone reading this gets the point: avoid like the plague.

Not really, but I found a spot

Not very well. I had to really look for it before I found it.
Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office?
They weren't that clean, but weren't filthy

No, they didn't cancel on me last minute

Somewhat. It was a little excessive.

Absolutely! I'm confident they will work hard to find the best solution for me

Yes, they made sure I had all the information I needed to make a decision

Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately
