Never, I've been going here forever and they can't even remember my name

Not at all. They were too arrogant to ask for any assistance, even though they knew it would help

Not at all. They closed early even though they knew I needed help

The staff and building are <url removed> administrator on the other hand doesn't know how to talk to people. She is rude and talks down to residents and her staff.

Not at all. They saw me but didn't greet me at all

Absolutely not!! They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them

Not at all, they only make time for their favorite clients
