My loved one was not taken well care of at this facility. The entire staff especially the administrator should be terminated. The lack of compassion, professionalism, empathy, intelligence, medical knowledge, and safety is absent at Del Rosa Villa. It should be called Hell ROSA. There are lvns who lack the proper knowledge to administer medication yet alone take vital signs. The cnas are lazy; at least the majority of them. Call lights are often unanswered while staff sits on their behinds chatting away at the nurses’ station on their phones. Needless to say, I have witnessed someone drop dead on the floor and seen how slow nurses were to respond to the patient lying on the floor as his roommate is yelling repeatedly man down. Don’t bring your loved here.

Way too loud! I could barely hear what anyone was saying over the noise

They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen.

They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years.
