My mom has an assisted living apartment at Eaglewood care center, she was taking to the hospital before xmas and was release to the skill nursing home to get strength back. My brother came down from California to be with here per doctor said it ok because she might have to go to hospice and we wanted to see if he can be there with her in her apt if she can do hospice there. The Admin. Director and Director over nursing put him out in the cold 10 degree's outside because I live out of town and could not get to him in time. Tari and Tamara Daniels told him he could not be in my mom's apt when other residence have their grandkids visiting all the time .plus my mom gave him permission to be in her apt. They are in the wrong profession because they don't care about the elder and also Tamara uses drugs with someone I know son. The person in charge should have them both tested for drugs and put out of those positions . I went there over the weekend to get my mom some clothes out of her apt and they changed the locks so if my mom was to get release to go back to her apt she would not be able to get in and she pays for that apt. I am filing a complaint to the top on both people because Tamara really should not be there doing drugs..Tari is using her positon of power . You don't put people out in the cold, I really hope they clean house. When Ben was the director no problems at all.

0 star. The aids there are lazy and talk about the patients. they do not try to work with family

Family member that is here has to wait over an hour for their call light to be answered and by then she has went in her bed. Food is terrible, does not get half of what she orders, meals are often 2 hours late, not enough staff. Housekeeping is not very clean. The odor when you walk through the door is disgusting.

My Mom is in the Memory Unit at Eaglewood. They are doing a great job with her, and she actually enjoys it. The nurses and aides are very personable and friendly.
