I worked here for a short period of time. It was a very unpleasant experience and unprofessional to the Max. The state would investigate at times and still no change in the directors or staff. Issues from violations of privacy, substance abuse, lack of care or concerns for the patients/residents. The abuse was horrible. I have never worked in a facility, now I caregive privately. Regardless of the pay. This ensures that I can give the patient the best care they deserve.

Yes, I was in agony!

Not very well. I had to really look for it before I found it.
Did you feel safe in this provider's care?
No, I was scared
Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special?
Not really, I've never seen them go above and beyond
Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider?
I waited longer than I wanted to, but it wasn't terrible

Definitely! They would never turn away anyone in need

Absolutely, they always make me feel like I'm their only patient.
Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you?
He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
