Terrible place, I can't even tell you how bad they are it would take a year. Got mom out, so happy about that, Evil people, lie to you, and it's a dirty place filthy. bugs, bed bugs more than three times. can't keep staff, and no nothing about dementia. Treat dementia people horrible and the staff drinks in the parking lot during the wee hours. Someone that worked there told me. And the owner is and evil paranoid woman. How do they sleep at night? Heartless is the only word I have for the administration and owners. Peek a boo Laura.

I was a past employee at east park and I loved my residents and my position. At the time the administrator there was Diane. She was very pleasant friendly and approachable. She did the best she could to attend to your needs and the residents and families needs. A new administrator stepped in. I can not remember her name. Well maybe because she never introduced herself to me to let me know who she was. I guess I was suppose to assume. I worked in assisted living and it was all one floor. EVERYTIME I worked she would walk pass never speak say hello or anything. I didn't make it any better because I should have introduced myself. But as being the head you would think she would want to know her employees. This was a routine thing for her. One day I came to the facility with my school nursing uniform on. She was walking pass the door and so happened looked back and stopped to see who I was. When she seen it was me never she turned back around and continue to walked. Never said hello or nothing. We had a secretary work one day and walked off the job because of the rudeness and self entitlement attitude. And Janet the wellness coordinator she never listened to problems or issues concerning residents until something got out of hand then she down your throat. You couldn't have a opinion because she would skip the subject like you were not talking. And she always stirred up a unecessary conversation about herself or something that had no meaning to the residents and expected you to listen. Only time she had time for anything is if she needed you for something. Those 2 that I mention are the only ones I just stayed out there way. For the most part everyone else was friendly and made you feel welcomed and appreciated.

Yes! They took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.

Not if my life depended on it

Their phone rang a lot and it was really annoying

Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

They seemed to know what they were talking about most of the time, but I still wasn't very comfortable. When I called they often took 10-15 minutes to answer. Their equipment was old and no provision was made in the patient rooms or public rooms for the residents to relax in anything but a wheel chair with their feet down. Without means to sit with feet elvated, I developed MARKED swelling in my feet and my socks had to be cut off several times. By the looks of it I wouldn't be surprised if they've never replaced any of the furnishings or equipment.
