They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left.
Aids were great especially Kathleen. Nursing staff was snotty and the food was horrible. It was so hot in there we could not breath. The rooms are like small cubby holes. Its noisy and you get no privacy at all. It was really stressful. When I asked to have my roommate changed they made it sound like it was my fault. This place is a hole, beware!

we felt special and respected, and were very sympathetic to our situation. I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and on a charming main street. It was easy to find. They make an effort to make our family feel attended to. They listen to all questions or we have.
