I am an ex. employee of Faith Healthcare. I wish I could give 0 stars. Do not apply to work there or put your loved ones there. I have been a nurse for 15 years and have worked for several facilities. This is by far the worse I have ever seen. The administrator does not care about anything except lining his pockets. There is never enough staff to take proper care of the residents. This includes CNA's and Nurses. The meals for the residents are terrible. I do not know how everyone there is not suffering from malnutrition. The CNA's try there best but when a dayshift CNA is responsible for 15+ residents they can only do so much.
The entire company of Palmetto Healthcare is corrupt and I believe is a front for illegal operations. The corporate office is impossible to find, they say it is in Florida but when I sent a letter to the address it was returned as undeliverable.
I do not know why DHEC has not closed this dump down yet and legal charges brought against Joseph Hanna for neglect.

Yes! He/she took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.

They were decent, but not very affordable
