The staff let my relative eat two pieces of cake for lunch, they was rushed the the E.R. with blood sugar over 400 (their sugar is normally 150-200) They were severely dehydrated. My relative is a stroke victim and needs assistance in eating and can barely see so they have no choice to eat but what they give them. They have sleep apnea and the staff does not put the mask on them at night. They left my relative on the bed pan for over 3hrs!!!! the bed pan was full of feces and caused an opened rash on their bottom. They had sat a used bed pan on their bed table where my relatives eats at! It may look decent but you need to pay close attention to details. A few staff members even said they would not put their families in there!

As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. If you're looking for a dependable and trustworthy nursing home, look no further. I would recommend them to anyone I know. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous.

I was very uncomfortable with the amount of foul language they used. I wish they had been more professional. They definitely favor certain clients, and make an extra effort to help those clients. I was afraid that they wouldn't help me if they didn't like me. They never made any effort to follow up with me after my visit and it made me feel very unimportant. I know they see a lot of patients, but when you say you're going to follow up, you should. I wasn't greeted at all when I entered their office. I could tell they noticed I walked in, but they still didn't acknowledge me. The one thing I couldn't believe during my appointment was that they took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.
