Yes! They took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.

Absolutely Not! My appointment always conflicts with my schedule

All the time! the waiting rooms are always packed and It seems as if they are more concerned about quantity over quality

They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. When they violate my family members rights and I often have to get a 3rd party to help me get the staff to comply with even basic needs. Staff often changes it is hard to keep people because it appears there are few staff members caring for many many residents.
I have to follow up on every request for care for my family member and the staff acts friendly but often ignore my requests. My family member is often dirty and unkept. I have had a problem with theft of my family members things and no action was taken. The food they give is mostly starches which are cheap and the diet is poor. Good points the facility is big. The place is clean and doesn't smell.
