They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me.
