Our family member has been at Crestwood for several months . Rehab went well, but now located in total care. Family does own laundry & signs are VERY well posted in the room. I never know if patient will be in own clothes, roommates, hospital gown, or someone else's down the hall. Have repeatedly asked for patient to be changed every day, given shower, or if not able, a good bed bath alloted 3 days a week.. The list goes on. No matter who I have contacted, nothing changes. Personnel change has been on-going as well: 2 administrators, 3 Directors of nursing, 1 stayed 2 days, & CNA agencies that change constantly. Have tried to communicate with nurses. Either get a blank stare, none at all because they don't take eyes off computer, or requested meds., etc. were never done.Our attendance is diligent. We have not been given any sound reason to trust that quality care has been provided. Have thought of relocation, but at the fragile condition of patient, may not be a possibility. If your loved one needs nursing care, don't choose this caregiver site.

Did this provider have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines?
Not at all! They were boring and outdated
Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office?
No, I don't think they've ever cleaned it
Was this provider late to your appointments?
Not at all, I showed up early and they were ready to see me
Does this provider always put the customer first?
No, putting customers first doesn't really seem to be a priority to them
Was this provider's staff friendly?
Not Really
