The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question. They gave about the same level of care as others I have been to for the same problem. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members....particularly the folks in the front office who helped us with our Medicaid "process". They were "top shelf"! For not being a "high-end" home, the property is kept very clean...inside and out. Our entire family is quite happy with the entire arrangement & staff.
