Anyone can walk in without being acknowledged in any way unless you step toward the glass-walled office immediately to the left of the entrance. Since my mother died 3 months ago, the questions I've had remain unanswered. First, it was delay and stall tactics. Then last week they set up an appointment of which I was not informed, and then when I was naturally not available, they e-mailed me to tell me to seek grief counseling, instead of the answers they had been promising for weeks. Then they "gave away" my mother's walker, the return of which I had been requesting for weeks. Now I have to wonder, based on the way they have treated me since Mom died, is this indicative of the kind of care she really received during her stay there?

They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary.
