I went to look at this facility today and the staff rude as hell. Asked to speak with the Administrator no call yet. Wouldn't take my dog to stay there. They are renovating the nursing home and I still wouldn't take my dog there. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, NEED TO LOOK UP WAHT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS!!! NEED TO KNOW WHEN SOMEONE IS DISSATISFIED WITH YOUR SERVICE. YOU NEVER KNOW WHO WILL WALK THROUGH THE FRONT DOOR.
