I believe the staff they hire is very low class.
Employees that cant get hired at a real hospital. They are very slow motion.
On their personal phone talking or texting.
Its ashamed.

Yes! They took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.

My father is at this facility. He has had many items stolen. They include his black down winter coat, two hats, two electric razors, and his wallet. No one at the facility has been able to locate the missing items. In my opinion this place is nothing like the advertisement listed on their website. Beware!

Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. The overall expierence that I have endured during my grandmothers stay was more then exceptional. I am very pleased with this facility and would reccomend it to anyone.

INothing that Glenwood presented in our initial meeting and tour was true! The administrator,was so friendly and helpful in the beginning and then later on, after admitting my dad into their care, I was horrified at some of the things that went on there. My dad was not cared for properly at all. many times i came to visit and he was soaking wet, laying in his own wastes. The place reeks of urine, to the point that it makes your eyes sting. One employee there told me that he wouldn't ever put his loved one in this facility! He said he felt duped, believing that he was being hired by a nice and caring facility, only to learn later that the people working there simply do not care about the people they serve. everyday my dad would tell me he hated it here, and he would cry. Thank God, I was able to get him out of that place! If you care about your loved ones, DO NOT send them to this place!!!
