The folks here are very nice. I have visited several residents there and appreciated the friendly CNAs. The meals are hearty and the serving staff (same CNAs plus some people from the kitchen) were also friendly when I was visiting. The parking is not so convenient, but that is less of an issue for me.

Not at all, it was the perfect temperature

Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time

Not at all, their office smelled fantastic!
