I feel bad for a lot of people here. Staff has a high turn over leaving a lot of miss managed care. I'm sure other aspects of the facility are good, but the dementia care areas are bad. Lots of neglect. No stimulation for anyone down there. It's pretty sad. Just park them in front of a TV and ignore them. I have complained numerous times, and each time we have a little meeting only to have another meeting 3 months later about the same issues. I will say there are some very good people that work there, but they never stay long. Sad really.

My father was in this facility and not once did the doctor return any of my calls . He didnt seem to have any idea what was going on and would constantly turf any questions to nurses and therapist as they seemed to know more of what was going on than him !!! Not impressed. They should have put more money into getting a quality doctor than a fancy entryway
