They would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. green oaks is a very nice place .you cant make everyone happy all the time but they do try. long term care is hard on everyone but more so for the family. i would take anyone of my family to green oaks nursing home

Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. It was not easy to reach them in an emergency. I had to call several times before I finally reached them. I wasn't greeted at all when I entered their office. I could tell they noticed I walked in, but they still didn't acknowledge me. The restrooms here are not clean. I would advise going before you leave the house. Not to mention a nurse aid that worked there kept calling my Gma gay and my Gma is far from gay! Also the billing lady is rude, the nurses were always in their own world not worried about the patients... I would say do not put any one you love in here for rehab or permanently or even a friend they are the worst ever!
