Green Valley Care Center is the best facility around. My close friend lives there and she has a crush on a man in administration. The people there are so caring. I was always so scared to think about living a nursing home but Green Valley breaks the mold.

Total lack of empathy or concern for patient health/well-being. Dramatic decline in quality of care over the last 6 months. Horrible facility!!!

One star rating is too high for this place. Felt they just fraud Medicare and their patients. Not high quality care and their therapist are a joke. Could have got more care from a personal trainer.

They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. They were absolutely amazing and make others in the same field look like beginners. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back.

Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency?
Absolutely not. I was forced to call the emergency room.
Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this provider's office?
Not at all; cheap and plastic
Does this provider ever overbook appointments here?
All the time! the waiting rooms are always packed and It seems as if they are more concerned about quantity over quality
Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office?
Not really, but I found a spot
