Bad facility, a ripoff,nasty people,stay away. The administration is all about hte big bucks. $950 a day they bill medicare for bad care.

Not at all. They were too arrogant to ask for any assistance, even though they knew it would help

This is, with the exception of a few employees, simply a business. Yes they provide a decent level of care but there is something missing in the "heart" department. They did, at one time, have a number of really great caregivers but as the place became more corporate many of those folks left. My family member was there for more than a decade. We paid the full freight, no Medicare no Medicaid. When she died, not one person from greenbrier attended her funeral....really shameful and extremely hurtful to her husband who did not deserve such disrespectful treatment.

The facility is very clean. The nurses and nurse aides are extremely professional and all do an outstanding job caring for the residents. The big problem is when a medical condition presents itself that is beyond the scope of the nurses. They contact a Nurse Practitioner or the doctor and that's where it breaks down. On many occasions the nurse practitioner is left notes and frequently does not respond. The doctor listens but nothing happens.

They answered a few of my questions but I could have used a lot more information. I was handed a package and said all the information I needed or could want was in it Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I would never recommend them to anyone. I was more than very disappointed.

Everything I told them seemed to go in one ear and out the other. I didn't feel like they cared about what I had to say at all. Whenever I have a question, even if it's very basic, they always make me schedule an appointment, which is extremely frustrating. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. The restrooms here are not clean. I would advise going before you leave the house. Not only did they not welcome my questions, they just dismissed them as unimportant. I felt like they didn't really care about helping me.
