Some of the workers are not helping the patients at all. My mother is not suppose to eat beef and we have brought it to management's attention and nothing has been done about it. The workers are not cleaning the patients because of bad smell in building. Couldn't change my mothers facility because of insurance.

This place smells like pee the minute you walk into it,workers are not nice,they must hate their jobs. Every day different worker high turn over. Medicines can't be given out on time,my mother's pain meds came late up to 3 hours late with rest of her meds,they ran out of pain meds for two days!!!
Food trays sat for two days and dirty towels left on floor in corner where we put them for 4 days,nasty place!!
Needless to say I took my mother out and back home for good care through a sitter and home health therapy.
I have asked for the bill and am waiting to file a complaint with Medicare!! This place will kill any spirit left in your love one...go find someplace nicer!!

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance

I feel that Spring Lake goes out of their way to accommodate their residents and the resident's family members. I think all of the Gamble properties are top notch. My mother has been a resident at Spring Lake for three months and she has Alzheimer’s disease. My mother had dropped down to 92 pounds before entering the facility and she has gained 20 pounds over the last 2 months. The staff are friendly and very professional and they treat the residents with the dignity and respect they deserve. Administration and the nursing supervisors are quick to answer any questions are concerns that may arise. The facility is very clean, beautifully decorated, and I found their private rooms to be larger than most. My mother has made numerous friends and is able to enjoy life again. Thank you Spring Lake!

All the time! I think I got a gray hair while I was waiting

Kind of, I didn't feel completely safe

Yes! I know that I would have gotten better service anywhere else!

Not at all, it was the perfect temperature

Not really, I've never seen them go above and beyond
