Staff is very helpful. Meds are given on a regular basis which is helping me daily with my health to be on the right track. the food is good. All the staff is very helpful. Activities is a big part of my day to come to the activities room to hang out with friends and meet new friends and makes the day go faster. Even though I am in a skilled nursing facility I still have my independence throughout the day. Activities director helps me out with a lot of my daily tasks.

very friendly staff.they keep me updated on my mother and make me aware of incidents as soon as they occur
.they always have time for my phone calls and always are kind and courteous.they answer all my questions to the best of their ability.i would recommend this facility to family and friends

It takes them forever to get back to me. I never get my questions answered within a reasonable time period. It doesn't matter how many times I come here, they just cannot seem to remember my name and they make no effort to even try. I'd rather go to someone else who might actually appreciate my loyalty and business. Every time I'd ask a question, it seemed like they were annoyed and didn't want to give me an answer. I understand they're busy, but they should really treat their clients better. I was disappointed that their staff didn't seem to respect them very much. They weren't disrespectful but I could tell they didn't have a very good relationship. They could work on improving their level of customer service here. It wasn't the worst that I have seen, but overall I left unimpressed.
