My mother was treated for a lower back injury at Harbour's Edge in Delray and we were very impressed by the facility. She got great therapy and was able to leave on schedule.

The facility is very clean, airy and pleasant and the staff was always available to talk. My family was very involved with my mother's care and they were always available to answer questions and have long consults over medication and other treatments.

Once again, I was very impressed and am very happy that Harbours was in charge of my mother's rehab.

This is a wonderful facility! Their therapy team is top notch. They could use more CNA's so their response, to a patient's request, could be quicker.

My relative stayed there and I wasn't impressed. The rooms are nice but that is part of the dog and pony show. This place is just part of the sales pitch to get Seniors to pay an "entrance fee" of about $200,000 to rent an apartment on site, with the promise of a private room in their nursing home, if you ever need it. The management didn't seem to care. They never answered the phone, it always went to voicemail. I was told they were always in a meeting - have no idea what they could talk about all day. The therapists were rough and are more suited for PowerhouseGym, certainly not a facility with the elderly.

The place looks beautiful on their website and they get very good ratings, but it is very difficult to get phone calls returned. I called 2 different people in their admissions department, and their nursing home administrator. I left 4 messages, but none of my messages were returned -- and I checked my voice mail. Finally, on my fifth try, I got through to someone in admissions. I would be afraid that if I ever had questions about medical issues, it would be too hard to get any answers.
