I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. They do not keep the restrooms well-stocked here. No paper towels, toilet paper, or even a toilet seat cover! I had nothing to clean up with. Everything they originally told me they would be able to do for me, they ended up not being able to do. I felt lied to. I couldn't believe how rude and inconsiderate they were. I showed up before their scheduled closing time and they said they were closing. They knew I needed help but they still decided to close early.
