Yes, I had to wait a long time before someone was able to help me

Not at all! I had to schedule an appointment for absolutely everything!

My father recently was taken to this facility. When he arrived my mother found a bed pad in the room with urine on it. When she pointed this out to the nurse she became defensive and said " oh. He must have did it". When my mother told the staff member. He had not even sat on the bed she became defensive and walked away with the pad. I attempted to call him. After 8 tries they finally told me the phone was broken and didn't know when it would be fixed. Unfortunately we wanted to place him in a different facility but due to a drain he has we didn't have a choice. The reason we didn't want rouse this facility.....last time he was there for a hip replacement someone stole his money. If you have a choice go to a different facility

Never. I don't think they care about helping their clients save money

Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I was very disappointed. I went into the facility several times to see what is was like before I brought my mom there, & I was horrified at the way the nurses & cna's treated the patients!!! I would tell anyone that elderly patients do NOT need this mental & physical abuse~PLEASE look elsewhere.

Keep your loved ones away from Manor Care. Go in alive and come out in a coffin! This statement is true and the caregiver staff is lacking in clinical ability. Try a better facility and steer clear of this one or RIP Paul.

My Dad (89 years old)entered Manor Care the latter part of June 2010 and was treated with the utmost respect and given the best care possible. Our family appreciates the quality of care he received and especially the fact that the caregivers cared. Each caregiver seemed to take a special interest in his care and wellbeing.

During his illness he spent time in several facilities (hospitals, another nursing home) for various ailments and rehabilitation. We were most comfortable with Manor Care and recommend it highly to anyone needing their services.

We thank Manor Care so much for your treatment of our Dad.
