All the time! the waiting rooms are always packed and It seems as if they are more concerned about quantity over quality

I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. Everything they originally told me they would be able to do for me, they ended up not being able to do. I felt lied to. I had to wait quite a while for my appointment. I was very disappointed.
