Mom looked clean and dressed well. But this place is very short staffed. And did not receive good care other wise. Not entirely happy

they take advantage and hurt them even more...do not check on them and do not care. nurses yell and they wouln't even help my grandma to the bathroom said u HAVE A WHEEL CHAIR FOR A REASON!! if your family's ever in need of help well then you need to look elsewhere.....

IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR FAMILY MEMBER DOOOOO NOTTTT!! PUT THEM HERE...ITS A DISGRACE AND ITS DISGUSTING! THEY'D BE BETTER OFF IN JAIL SADLY. CONSTRUCTION GOES ON OUTSIDE ALL DAY AND NIGHT HAVING BLARING LIGHTS IN THE ROOM THEY DONT CHECK ON THE PATIENT THEY HAND THEM A WHEEL CHAIR AND SAY NOW YOUR ON YOUR OWN ..... SERIOUSLY THESE PEOPLE DISGUST ME AND THIS PLACE SHOULD BE SHIT DOWN!! ITS AN EMBARRASSMENT.

They said they'd keep my MIL till she could dress herself & have no problems using the bathroom, we agreed to selfpay after insurance ran out. As soon as insurance ran out they kicked her out she was nowhere near ready to go home. They told her she was going home but no one in the family called one day said why didn't you pick her up yesterday. No one knew she was kicked out. Most of the nurses are nice but many are not. Horrible place. Don't go there.

I thought they were going to kill my parent. My parent walked in for and was wheel chaired out in 2 weeks. They lie.....sneaky and turn it around on you. Awful place. Dope'em up. Fall risks not protected. Injury without reason. Absolutely rude people, liers and appauling. If you are on top of it, you will quickly see. DO NOT GO THERE!!!!!
