They really make no effort to maintain a professional appearance here. I was shocked at how unprofessional they looked. My appointments get canceled here a lot. I usually just go to someone else in the area because I can't count on them ever. Their prices were pretty high, but I've had to spend more at other places. They ignored my questions and my appointment seemed rushed.

Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs.
