Don't call this provider if you're in a hurry. Every time I call I have to wait on hold forever. I think I got a gray hair the last time I was waiting. I was completely shocked at the amount of foul language they used. It was very inconsiderate and impolite. They ignored my questions and my appointment seemed rushed.
In addition they have at least a dozen pending lawsuits. they just lost one for 90 million dollars!!! Don't believe me? Google it!
