I am very sad to say we were "extremely" disappointed in the overall care received at Heartland of Marysville, Ohio. My family member lost clothing, was dirty when we went to visit, his Dr. visits were given bad reports telling us that the nurses there had NOT been giving him his needed meds which resulted in lowered readings. Were given stay rates that were said to be a special finding out that ALL residents should have been receiving but weren't, which is illegal in nursing homes. NOT happy and NOT recommended as a place to keep your loved one in need of medical or therapy. This facility needs state inspected, or an undercover investigator to visit. Thx
