Not at all. They were too arrogant to ask for any assistance, even though they knew it would help

They could've used quite a few more staff members. They were very understaffed and I ended up having to wait quite awhile. Not only did they not welcome my questions, they just dismissed them as unimportant. I felt like they didn't really care about helping me. One thing I don't like, is that I can't be confident that they'll work with me until they find the best solution for me. I'm always worried they're going to just settle with a solution that works. They were far to arrogant to get any sort of outside advice, even though they knew they should. I was hoping to see someone that considered my safety more important than always having an answer.

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

Extremely comfortable; I could have fallen asleep
