I entered this facility strictly for rehabilitation. However, I truly was treated as a nursing home patient. I had terrific pain and was not provided with pain medication for hours. I would consider this as negligence as well as an inability to handle persons with true medical issues. The staff did not seem to care. I was rudely awakened and handled by a CNA who tried to force me to get up and get dressed hours before I needed to do so and when I did not need any assistance with dressing. A resident with mental issues came into my room on several occasions, always uninvited, and the staff did nothing. When I left the facility, the in-home care that was supposed to be set up immediately for me by the facility was not set up until more than 2 weeks after discharge, when I no longer needed it. The usual excuse for the facility's negligence was that things "feel through the cracks." Must have a lot of cracks! It was a horrible experience. I would recommend that anyone considering this facility look elsewhere.

This place needs lessons on being a good provider for loved ones left in their care...I found the staff to be negligent as well as rude. There doesn't appear to be anyone that governs this facility since I'm told the behavior if the staff has gone on for years. My mother was ignored when the medical staff was informed of her illness. Her condition deteriorated until she was taken to the hospital. She is now in a better facility and we're very pleased with her care. The State of Florida should be ashamed to allow this facility and its current administrators to continue to make make money off the public for the care given to its residents.

They would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

THIS IS A SLUMVILLE. THEY ARE PREJUDICE AND COULD CARE LESS ABOUT THE PATIENTS. THE FOOD IS SLOP THEY ONLY DO WAHTS RIGHT WHEN STATE COMES OTHERWISE THEY DO NOT CARE. THEY HAVE AWFUL BED SIDE MANNERS AND THEYIR DOORS NEED TO BE SHUT. HERE ITS ALL ABOUT A DOLLAR I WOULD NOT PUT MY WORST ENEMY AT HERITAGE SURPRISE VISITS AND FIND YOUR FAMILY PISSED FROM HEAD TO TOE OR FULL OF BM!!

This facility is Awful! They don't keep up with patients and tries to hide incidents that happen to patients.
