Worse place we've had to stomach,. Called 911 to move my mother in law out after the director told us they would wheel her out to the end of the ramp with a catheter on o2. What kind of crap is that. Post hip surgery, no pain management. we showed up 2 times to find her screaming in pain with the door closed. Witnessed a worker turn off the call button on her roommate 3 times, told her in a mean voice " don't you push that button again " Unbelievable !!! I will make sure I tell EVERYONE I know to never go there.I doubt very seriously this review will post. I was also told the social worker Kendra was IN kahootz with them from east ga regional. Sounds right? don't know Don't take or send your love one there if you care about them at all. Hell, dont send them even if you hate their guts. was that bad should be an X instead of 1 star.

My uncle is a resident at Heritage. The folks there have done an excellent job in caring for my uncle's needs. They have him up walking each day, (which he would not do on his own), eating, working on his speech... He is happy. They are good at giving reports to my family on his care and concerns. Thankful for the folks at Heritage that are caring for my uncle.

This is a terrible facility! The DON, Administrator, nurses, and CNA's show little to no concern for the patients.

Definitely not. They were unaware of my situation, even though they had my information
