Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance

No, my decisions were always respected

Not impressed wth the staff..... my dad needs repairs to his wheelchair and they haven't submitted the proper information to medicaid ..... medicaid has been requesting this information for months.... i don't get why they don't have his paperwork in order and no one can tell me anything. Ridlicious and moving him as soon as i can!

My Grandmother has to wait and wait for assistance to use the restroom. I have a very difficult time finding staff to assist me/my Grandma when there visiting and she needs something. There are some very wonderful staff but they are few and far between. Communication between shifts/staff is terrible!! We feel like we have to be there all of the time to ensure my Grandma get the things she needs when she needs it.
I have also had several experiences with residents being aggressive towards other residents and visitors where it took several minutes for staff to come around and for safety reasons I felt like I had to intervene. It seems like they are always understaffed and over worked. For the sake of the people who live there I hope they make some changes to create a more quality experience.
Very disappointed...
