The people are nice and care is great. This is the second time mother been there. I even moved my father from another facility to this one. It may not look as clean because it has carpet yes it is older but you could not get better care any where else.

I have never in my life seen such a poor excuse for a medical facility. I can tell it is maybe not a top priority to maintain a professional appearance here. They didn't look terrible, but there is definitely lots of room for improvement. I plan on telling everyone about how terrible this nursing home is. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect, now if they could just treat the patients with the same respect. it would be nice if they made sure theyre patients were cleaned up after meals and put comfortably in bed instead of tossed in bed like a rag doll. It took exactly 45 min for a nurse to come after the help button was pushed. this place is a joke and has no respect for our elders. they feed their patients food that will turn your stomache. the kitchen staff there takes no pride in the job they do. and could care less about any of the food they prepare. I got a better meal when i was in the pierce county jail, thats really bad. The first time i called to talk to my husband the woman that answered was rude and very short with me. she was in no way interested in any thing except getting off the phone. and sounded irritated that she had to answer in the first place.the bathrooms are filthy. No t.v. in any rooms. its so sad to see so many people just laying in bed stareing at the wall, and they cant even call anyone to complain because there is no phone in any room. that whole place is a complete nightmare. If u have a relative there and u care anything about them GET THEM OUT OF THERE BEFORE ITS TO LATE!!! This place should be shut down for neglect . they clearly mistreat the patients. every staff member should be required to take a class on attitude adjustments and how to deal with public in a friendly matter.. if you become a nurse its because u wanted to help people heal and get better, none of the staff there cares about any healing ..No compassion , very cold hearted

The restrooms here are not clean. I would advise going before you leave the house. When comparing them to others in their field, I would say they are by far the worst I have ever seen. I will never return. I would never refer any of my family and friends to go here. If I had know how terrible they were I never would have gone. The problem is my grandmother currently is here and we never get a straight answer when we ask! She is always dirty, soiled sheets and clothes, she has been to the hospital twice in a three week period once for an aspiration pneumonia and the other visit was for dehydration. And they fought us about calling the ambulance to take her! The first visit was so bad the hospital called us in and said she wouldn't make it through the night! Thank god she did with proper medical help. My grandmother normally can speak for herself but under the circumstances she was a little weak and out of it. You would think the caring staff would give a call to family where we could help!! Nope the sad thing is we have been calling to check in on her and all we get is we will tell her you called. Horrible Horrible place!!! We are understanding people and realize her time in coming to an end, so especially in a time like this you would hope the staff would contact family to be with her.... Again NO!
