Absolutely not, the office was disgusting

They listened to me, but rarely act in a timely manner on concerns. I would not recommend them to people I know or anyone who ask my opinion. I Sometimes, I have to persuade them that I have an important concern(s) that needs their attention. There have been times that they've paid attention to my concerns, but not many. Let medical issues slide until the resident has a serious problem. Fail to adhere to state protocols for turning bed ridden resident. Have to request attention to problems that should be obvious to trained personnel. Someone from the family is at this place on a daily basis. I would hate to see what the treatment would be if we didn't go daily.
