The entire staff was so rude and inconsiderate. I couldn't believe they would be so mean. Their equipment really needs to be updated right away. I was in shock when I saw how much foul language they used in front of and directed to their patients. I couldn't believe they could get away with being that unprofessional. Their facility was clean enough, nothing special though. Currently being investigated of wrongful death as well. Administration constantly lied to our face.

I was at the DMV and a patient was left in the middle of the asile in a wheerchair by himself. I had six people ahead of me and nobody talked to him he was just left there. The DMV finally called Pineville PD and then Hilltop nursing van arrived. Then he tried to push his wheelchair forward with his feet draging twice and one of the people in the chairs waiting told him to turn the chair around. I held the door open and I would never send anybody to Hilltop if they do this
