This place is terrible. They can't keep any help the charge nurses talk to the CNA'S like they are animals. They have decent CNA'S but they don't stay because of management. Both director of nursing and her assistant needs to be fired. The CNA'S that's been there for years are sorry and don't give the good ones a chance. They run them off before they get in the door good. I'm trying to get my loved one moved from this place. The food is terrible and you should just go in do a walk through and listen how the lead CNA'S on 7-3 and 3-11 try to get out of work. That morning shift is a trip and the evening one isn't any better.

This facility is in dire need of upgrading. My aunt is in the facility for rehab and I feel that they need to get phones in the room for someone who is disabled and they need to be attentive to their residents. The facility smells horrible. The rooms are not inviting.
