Was disappointment. Reusing disposable cups. Nurses not knowing how to do an IV. giving medicine at 3:30 pm that should have been given at 2:00 pm. Some of the staff had nasty attitudes. Have to go to the hallway to look for nurses, because they would not answer when you push the button for them, even after 35 minutes.
